I know several people who go on a soup diet to lose weight. The most extreme is my mate big Frank, who makes a special soup which contains ingredients which you actually use calories to digest. Franco eats this soup for lunch and dinner every day for a week or ten days before a big sporting event if he needs to shed a few pounds. A couple of days before the gig, he stards stuffing his face with brown rice to charge up his batteries and then he's a lean mean machine.
