Here's how it works...
We start with a healthy breakfast of natural yoghurt with chopped apples, grapefruit and/or strawberries - sometimes with soaked prunes, or goji berries soaked in pomegranate juice (yes, were still working our way through the bag of goji berries).
Lunch is usually one of several fairly low-calorie soups, such as borsch or sorrel soup and dinner is something leafy and green with no cheese and not much oil - cabbage, spinach and courgettes have been figuring large in recent meals.
So, how come Sveta lost weight and I didn't? Simple - she didn't snack on nuts, crackers and sandwiches in between meals. See, she wanted to lose weight and I didn't...and it worked out well for both of us. I'm really enjoying all the high fibre, high vitamin stuff we're eating and I'm getting loads of new recipe material for my cookbook (if only I had time to write it all up and upload it).
Women who eat a lot of apples during pregnancy have a smaller risk to give
birth to children who will end up suffering from asthma by the age of five.
Also the cabbage soup diet is low in fats, high in fibers, and has visible
effects in the short term. This diet is not indicated for the long term,
and should be followed for no more than one week. I read about this at
xxxxxxx
Sveta's determination payed off!!! It sound like a good diet - I would be
happy to diet if someone else was cooking and your recipes sound yummy.
Yeah, but I have to drink SO much beer to keep my own calorie intake up.
The things you do for love.
